Terms and Conditions of our services
1. Please note that at the time of confirmation of the order 50% of the total charges as deposit
are due payable by bank transfer.
The remaining 50% is due before the event, also payable by bank transfer.
2. Cancellations one day or on the day of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Pictures of items are non contractual and are only indicative of the type of items we serve.
The sizes may vary depending on the availability of ingredients due to seasons and supplier
stocks.
4. The service time plan is as follows:
- for a full three course meal total time of service including preparation and service is
3 hours.
- for a set of appetizers or starters the total time of service including preparation and
service is 2 hours.
Any additional time spent at the venue over twenty minutes is chargeable as an additional
half hour and so forth.
5. Additional charges will be added if material or equipment needs to be collected at a later
time or day.
6. Any crockery or serving material damaged or misplaced will be charged accordingly.
7. K's Kitchen staff will not be available for any additional services if not agreed or paid for as
additional services. K's kitchen staff on site will only be assisting Chef K and hence not
available to carry out any other services or duties onsite for the host.
K's Kitchen can provide for additional services on prior agreement which will be charged as
additional services.
8. As per Hong Kong government food, health and environmental hygiene regulations, all
catering and private kitchen services carried out at the client's residence or designated
venues discharges the catering enterprise of all liability.
